MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS, AND PERSONAL CHECKS
MCE Technologies accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. MCE Technologies cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Note: Be sure to write the order number provided at the time of ordering on the cashier's check or money order. We also suggest sending the payment to MCE Technologies by Federal Express, UPS, etc. to track shipment more efficiently. Do not send payment using Saturday delivery.
MCE Technologies will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs. Domestic orders have the option of Overnight Shipping (next business day delivery), 2-Day Shipping (second business day delivery), 3-Day Shipping (third business day delivery) or Ground Shipping (4-5 business day delivery). Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of all items in your order.
Same Day Shipping: If you place your order by 12:00 p.m. PST Mon - Fri, and the product is in stock, your order will be shipped that day for FedEx-shipped orders and the following day for USPS-shipped orders. Shipments are always subject to stock availability.
International shipments may incur an import tax by the destination country's Customs agency as well as other fees by the courier including, but not limited to, clearing and brokerage fees, which are separate and apart from any shipping fees charged by MCE Technologies and which generally require payment to the courier at the time of delivery. Please contact your local Customs agency for questions regarding duties and taxes.
A $25.00 handling fee will be charged for any shipment that is refused by the recipient at the time of delivery.
If an item is listed, but no order button or a Backorder button appears, then the product is out of stock and not available for shipment. You can send an email to MCE Technologies requesting availability information.
If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available.
If your non-MCE Technologies, non-Apple product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for replacement, subject to manufacturer restrictions. All non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of no less than 15% of the retail cost of the item. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department by phone or via email within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After thirty days from the invoice date, you must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.
There are no returns of software.
There are no returns of new computers or other products manufactured by Apple Computer, including, but not limited to MacBook, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, PowerBook, iBook, Power Mac, iMac and iPod.
No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number.
MCE Technologies will offer a refund or replacement on hardware subject to the terms noted below.
All new MCE Technologies-branded hard drives and optical drives purchased directly from MCE Technologies may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, within 30-days of the purchase date.
In order to receive full refund of the purchase price, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
There will be a $35.00 re-box fee for products returned in a damaged box.
All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 20 business days (four calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.
All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.
MCE Technologies (MCE) Limited Warranty Statement
MCE warrants to the original end user customer that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, MCE will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by MCE on an exchange basis, and will be either new or recertified. All recertified products have been tested to ensure that they are functionally equivalent to new products. If MCE is unable to repair or replace the product, it will refund or credit the lesser of either the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made or the purchase price. Proof of purchase must be provided showing the original date and place of purchase, as well as the product description and price.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to the product that results from improper installation, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification. This limited warranty shall not apply if: (i) the product was not used in accordance with any accompanying instructions, or (ii) the product was not used for its intended function. This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, that has not been handled or packaged correctly, that has been sold as second-hand or that has been resold contrary to U.S. and other applicable export regulations.
This limited warranty covers only repair, replacement, refund or credit for defective MCE products, as provided above. MCE is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any damages or losses of any kind whatsoever resulting from loss of, damage to, or corruption of, content or data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing, servicing or installing MCE products. This warranty excludes third party software, connected equipment or stored data. MCE is therefore not liable for any losses or damage attributable to third party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, MCE's sole obligation shall be to issue a refund or replacement of the hardware.
In the event a product has been discontinued, MCE, at its sole discretion, shall either repair the product, offer to replace it with a comparable product or provide a refund at the lesser of the purchase price or the product’s current value.
Repaired or replacement products will continue to be covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original warranty term or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
To obtain warranty service, you may return a defective product to your original point of purchase, or the authorized MCE dealer or distributor from whom you purchased the MCE product. Please confirm the terms of its return policies prior to returning the product. Typically, you must include product identification information, including model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. In some instances, you may be required to provide proof of purchase. All returned parts or products, if replaced or refunded, will become MCE’s property upon receipt. Repaired or replacement product will be shipped at MCE's expense.
You may return the product directly to MCE after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from MCE. An RMA number is obtained by calling MCE Customer Service at +1 (626) 387-9748.
Once you have obtained an RMA number from MCE, you must, within thirty (30) days, send the product to MCE Technologies, Customer Service, 1822A Route 66, Ste 436, Glendora, CA 91740 USA. You are responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping your returned products. Products shipped to the service center must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. You must include the MCE RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to the service center without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened.
All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty.
Although we at MCE Technologies are confident in the quality of the products we sell, on rare occasions, a defective product does get through. If you have received a defective product please contact our returns department within 30 days of the purchase date via email: email@example.com to request a replacement.

- All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s).
- Remember to include a photocopy of your original invoice.
- You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. (Don?t send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail unless you insure and can track the package.)

MCE Technologies is based in California and only orders shipped within the state of California will be taxed 9%. Customers placing international orders are responsible for any duties, taxes and other fees incurred upon delivery of product. Any duties, taxes or fees not paid by the customer at the time of delivery and charged to MCE Technologies will be separately charged to the customer and paid using the credit card on file for the customer.
